The DDJ-ERGO cannot be selected at [Output Monitor] or [Output Master] in [Preferences] > [Output Routing] in TRAKTOR 2.

Check the following:

1. Have you started up in the proper order? Always first connect the DDJ-ERGO and turn on its power, then launch TRAKTOR 2.

2. Is [Pioneer DDJ ASIO] selected at [Preferences] > [Audio Setup] > [Audio Device]?

See the settings procedure for TRAKTOR 2, then perform the setup wizard again.

3. Have you changed the driver from something else to DDJ ASIO at [Preferences] > [Audio Setup] > [Audio Device] while TRAKTOR was running?

-Restart TRAKTOR, then select the DDJ-ERGO at [Output Monitor] and [Output Master] under [Output Routing].
