Sound is not properly output from the master out terminals or headphones. [djay]

When djay is launched the first time, select [djay] > [Preferences] from the menu bar, then set [devices] as follows.

Settings

Main Output: PIONEER DDJ-ERGO ch 1-2

Pre-Cueing: PIONEER DDJ-ERGO ch 3-4

Microphone: PIONEER DDJ-ERGO

The audio device settings may be changed depending on the order in which the DDJ-ERGO and djay are started up, so check that they are set as above each time you launch djay.

Recommended startup order: Connect the DDJ-ERGO and turn on its power, then launch djay.

Recommended quitting order: Quit djay, then turn off the DDJ-ERGO’s power.
