Sound is not properly output from the master out terminals or headphones.

When Virtual DJ is launched the first time, set [Sound Setup] in the [Settings] menu at [CONFIG] in the order below.
Settings on Windows
1. [Input]: Select [MICROPHONE].
2. [Sound card]: Select [ASIO DRIVER] > [Pioneer DDJ ASIO].
Check [Ultra-latency ASIO].
3. [Outputs]: Select [HEADPHONES] > [Master:Chan1&2/Headphones:Chan3&4].
Settings on Mac OS
1. [Input]: Select [MICROPHONE].
2. [Sound card]: Select [4-IN/4-OUT CARD] > [PIONEER DDJ-ERGO].
3. [Outputs]: Select [HEADPHONES] > [Master:Chan1&2/Headphones:Chan3&4].

*It may be necessary to redo the [Sound Setup] settings if the power of the DDJ-ERGO is turned on after launching Virtual DJ.
Wait until the DDJ-ERGO’s power is turned on and the startup illumination ends, then launch Virtual DJ.
