With TRAKTOR 2, the jog dial operation is strange (it turns in the opposite direction, etc.).

1. Are you using TRAKTOR 2 Ver. 2.1.1 or later?

Use the latest version of TRAKTOR 2.

2. Are you using firmware version 1.10 or later?

Download the firmware from the website and update it following the directions in the Update Guide.

3. Has a tsi file for something other than the DDJ-ERGO been imported? Delete any tsi file for something other than the DDJ-ERGO.

(If you want to keep the tsi file, export it to your computer before deleting it.)
