Directly after the DDJ-ERGO is connected, the sound card is selected but playback is not possible.

1. Have you started up the DDJ-ERGO and Virtual DJ LE in the wrong order? First turn on the DDJ-ERGO’s power, wait for the startup illumination to finish, then start up Virtual DJ LE.

2. Is [Sound Setup] properly set?

Set [Config] – [Sound Setup] in Virtual DJ LE as shown below.

For Windows

1) [Input]: Select [MICROPHONE].

2) [Sound Card]: Select [ASIO DRIVER] and [Pioneer DDJ ASIO], and check [Ultra-latency ASIO].

3) [Outputs]: Select [HEADPHONES] and [Master:Chan1&2/Headphones:Chan3&4].

For Mac OS

1) [Input]: Select [MICROPHONE].

2) [Sound Card]: Select [4-IN/4-OUT CARD] and [PIONEER DDJ-ERGO].

3) [Outputs]: Select [HEADPHONES] and [Master:Chan1&2/Headphones:Chan3&4].
