The Pioneer DDJ ASIO driver is not recognized when using TRAKTOR 2.

1. Have you started up in the proper order?

Always first connect the DDJ-ERGO and turn on its power, then launch TRAKTOR 2.

2. Is the built-in sound card set to your computer’s sound card?

The Pioneer DDJ ASIO driver will not be recognized if your computer’s sound card is set. Set the DDJ ASIO driver to the built-in sound card.
