I’m using TRAKTOR 2. The decks’ volume does not change when I move the DDJ-SP1’s SAMPLER VOL fader.

When TRAKTOR 2’s mixing mode is set to [External], the deck volume cannot be controlled with this unit. To use the SAMPLER VOL fader to adjust the volume of the TRAKTOR 2 decks, set the mixing mode to [Internal].
