When using Serato DJ, the SYNC indicator does not light when I press this unit’s SYNC button.

Is [Sync Off] set at the [SYNC PREFERENCES] settings? The sync function can be used when this is set to [Simple Sync] or [Smart Sync]. When set to [Simple Sync], however, tracks must be loaded in at least two decks.
