I have installed Serato Video and completed authorization, but I still can’t use it. When I press the DDJ-SP1’s [AUTO LOOP] control while pressing the [SHIFT] button, the video panel does not appear on the screen.

Serato Video cannot be used if your computer is using the Intel CPU’s internal graphics function.
