I’m using a DJM-900SRT together with the DDJ-SP1. I can only use the sampler pad mode. When other pad modes are set, the pads don’t respond when pressed.

Is Serato DJ set to the ABS mode? In the ABS mode, the hot cue and loop functions cannot be used. To use these functions, switch to the REL mode.
