The brightness of the LEDs does not change when the DIMMER switch is switched from ON to OFF.

Disconnect the USB cable from the DDJ-SP1 before switching the DIMMER switch to OFF. With no power supplied, switch the DIMMER switch to OFF, then reconnect the USB cable.
