I can’t switch to the Serato DJ INT or REL mode.

Update to the latest version of Serato DJ. The INT and REL modes are only supported from Serato DJ Ver. 1.5 and later. These modes can be selected when using with a device supporting DVS, such as the DJM-900SRT.
