1. Is the driver software installed?
With Windows, the ASIO driver software must be installed.
(There is no need to install driver software with Mac OS.)

2. Is a USB connection device other than the DDJ-SB connected to the computer?
With all other USB connection devices other than the DDJ-SB disconnected, turn the DDJ-SB power’s off, quit Serato DJ Intro, then turn the DDJ-SB’s power back on.
Once the DDJ-SB’s startup illumination is finished, launch Serato DJ Intro.
3. Are the DDJ-SB’s knobs and switches set appropriately?
-> Check the DDJ-SB’s knobs and switches.
