If you have the following problems, please follow the instruction below:

1. The performance pad does not work in slicer mode.

The slicer can be used only for tracks with Beatgrids. Please see the Serato DJ software manual for details of how to create a Beatgrid.

2. Sampler banks cannot be switched.

The performance pads are no longer used for switching the sampler banks from Serato DJ Ver1.1.1.

Please use the [PARAMETER] button to switch the sampler banks.
