Sound is distorted.

1. Are the [MASTER LEVEL] and [TRIM] controls set to the proper positions? Adjust the [MASTER LEVEL] and [TRIM] controls, watching the level meter.

2. Is the audio level input to the [AUX IN], [MIC1] and [MIC2] terminals set appropriately? Set the audio level input to the respective terminals appropriately for the devices to be connected.

3. Is the [MASTER OUT 1] terminal set for unbalanced output with a monaural cable? With unbalanced outputs, the sound will be distorted unless the output is set to an appropriate level. Adjust the output to an appropriate level using the [MASTER LEVEL] control.
