The message [Log in with the computer administrator's account] appears and ITCH cannot be installed.

The procedure differs depending on the operating system you are using, Windows 7/Vista or Windows XP. Refer to procedure for your operating system.

[For Windows 7/Vista]

Set the cursor to the ITCH application's shortcut icon, right-click and display the properties. At the compatibility tab, there is an item called "Privilege Level". Check "Execute this program as administrator", then click OK. After the dialog window closes, launch the ITCH application.

[For Windows XP]

ITCH can only be installed by the computer's administrator. Check that the account type is set to [Computer administrator] at [User accounts] in [Control Panel].
