Operations can be performed with ITCH but no sound is output (the DDJ-S1 is not recognized as an audio device). The DDJ-S1 is recognized on the computer.

When multiple USB devices (mouse, keyboard, etc.) are connected to the same USB bus system on the computer or to a USB hub, operation may not be normal due to problems with the USB bus band or compatibility between the USB devices.

In this case, the problem can sometimes be solved by changing the USB ports used for connection.
