Is there a specific order for connecting the DDJ-T1’s USB cable and launching TRAKTOR? Can either be done first?

With Windows Vista and Windows 7, TRAKTOR may not recognize DDJ-T1 if the DDJ-T1 is connected after launching TRAKTOR. First connect the DDJ-T1, then launch TRAKTOR.
