No audio output through the master output or headphones.

DDJ-SX has many types of inputs and the audio settings should be appropriately selected. Otherwise, the audio is not output.
[Selecting audio to be output]
Select audio source for each channel.
Select one of the following inputs for CH1/CH2.
[PC]:Select this when using a track loaded to the deck of Serato DJ GUI.
[PHONO]:Select this when using an analog player or other phono level (MM cartridge) output device connected to the [PHONO/LINE] input.
[LINE]:Select this when using a DJ player or other line level output device connected to [PHONO/LINE] input.
Select one of the following inputs for CH3/CH4.
[PC]:Select this when using a track loaded to the deck of Serato DJ GUI.
[MIC1] or [MIC2]:Select this when using a microphone connected to [MIC1] or [MIC2] input.
[CD]:Select this when using a DJ player or other line level output device connected to [CD] input.

[How to output the sound]
How to output the sound from CH1 is described below as an example.
-Outputting the sound from MASTER OUT:
Ensure that the volume of the devices (Powered amplifier, powered speaker, etc.) connected to [MASTER OUT 1] and [MASTER OUT 2] are properly adjusted. Please note if the volume is increased too high, an extremely loud sound would be output.
1. Turn the knob to an appropriate position.

2. Play a track.
3. Move the channel fader (Fig. 8) away from you.
4. Turn the [TRIM] knob (Fig. 4) to adjust the orange LED of the channel level indicators to light at the peak level.
5. Turn the [MASTER LEVEL] knob (Fig. 10) to adjust the output sound from the speakers.
-Outputting the sound from a headphone:
1. Adjust the knob position.

2. Press the [CUE] button on CH1.
3. Turn the [HEADPHONES LEVEL] knob to adjust the output sound from the headphone to the appropriate level.
