When you find any troubles, please use the following check list.
1.Is the driver software properly installed?
The ASIO driver is required to be installed to a Windows PC.
(The driver is not required for Mac OS.)
Refer to “Installing the software” on the operating instructions to install the driver software.
2.Aren't any other USB devices than DDJ-SX connected to your computer?
Please turn off the power of DDJ-SX while any other USB devices than DDJ-SX are disconnected. Then, shut down Serato DJ and turn on the power of DDJ-SX again.
Launch Serato DJ after the launch illumination of DDJ-SX is completed.
3.Are the knobs and switches of DDJ-SX properly set?
