Operation is possible with Serato DJ but the sound is not output (The DDJ-SX is not recognized as the audio device). The DDJ-SX is recognized by the computer.

1. Set the INPUT SELECT switch to the PC position.

2. Check that the TRIM control, channel faders, crossfader, MASTER LEVEL control, EQ controls and FILTER control are at appropriate positions.

3. If multiple USB devices (a mouse, a keyboard, etc.) are connected to the same USB bus system on the computer or to the same USB hub, operation may not be normal due to problems related to the USB bus’s bandwidth or compatibility between the USB devices.

The problem can sometimes be solved by changing the USB ports to which the devices are connected.
