Windows crashes when Serato DJ is started.

Try performing the procedure below.

1) Uninstall Serato DJ.

2) Create a new Windows login account with administrator rights.

(Use single-byte alphanumeric characters for the user name.)

3) Log in to Windows with the new login account and install Serato DJ again.
