DDJ-SX2 has two sound card modes.

Controller mode: Used when using DDJ-SX2 as a MIDI controller by connecting it to Serato DJ or other DJ software.

DVS mode: Used when using the DVS (Digital Vinyl System) function of Serato DJ.

(You need to purchase Serato DVS Expansion Packs separately to use DVS.)

* Select DVS in the SETUP menu of Serato DV to switch to DVS mode.

Windows

-When in controller mode

ASIO: Up to two sets of inputs and one set of outputs of stereo audio signals with a sampling frequency of 44.1 kHz and bit depth of 24 can be input/output simultaneously.

-When in DVS mode

ASIO: Up to two sets of inputs and two sets of outputs of stereo audio signals with a sampling frequency of 44.1 kHz and bit depth of 16 can be input/output simultaneously.

Mac OS

-When in controller mode

Core Audio: Up to two sets of inputs and one set of outputs of stereo audio signals with a sampling frequency of 44.1 kHz and bit depth of 24 can be input/output simultaneously.

-When in DVS mode

Core Audio: Up to two sets of inputs and two sets of outputs of stereo audio signals with a sampling frequency of 44.1 kHz and bit depth of 16 can be input/output simultaneously.
