No sound is produced when using in combination with Serato DJ.
1. Has the dedicated driver been installed?
The dedicated driver software must be installed before using this unit connected to the computer.
The driver software is supported on the following operating systems.
-Windows
Windows 7 32-bit/64-bit
Windows 8.1 32-bit/64-bit
Windows 10 32-bit/64-bit
-Mac OS
Mac OS X 10.12/10.11/10.10/10.9 32-bit/64-bit

2. Are this unit and the computer properly connected by a USB cable?
This unit and the computer must be connected properly.
*The unit's dedicated driver software is only compatible with Hi-Speed USB.
Check that your computer, USB port and USB cable support Hi-Speed USB.
3. Is your Serato DJ software version 1.9.3 or later?
When this unit and the Serato DJ software are connected, you must use version 1.9.3 or later software.

4. Is Track Gain Adjust or Master Output Level Adjust of the Serato DJ software turned fully down?
Adjust them to an appropriate position.

5. Is the position of the mixer input selector switch set to [USB DECK*]?
Turn the input selector switch and set it to [USB DECK*].
6. Is [TRIM] set to the proper position? Adjust [TRIM] so that the orange indicator on the channel level indicator lights at the peak level.
7. Is [MASTER LEVEL] set to the proper position? Adjust [MASTER LEVEL] so that the master level indicator’s orange indicator lights at the peak level.
8. Are the terminals or plugs dirty? Wipe any dirt off terminals and plugs before connecting.
