When I start Serato DJ, Serato DJ does not recognize the DDJ-SZ2.
1. [Windows]
Reset sound settings.
(1)Connect DDJ-SZ to your computer and turn it power on.
Go [Control Panel] - [Hardware and Sound] and click [Sound]

(2)If PIONEER DJ DDJ-SZ2 has been "Default Device", go to 3.

(3)Choose other sound device rather than PIONEER DDJ-SZ2 and click "Set as Default Device".
Close the window by clicking "OK".

(4)Close the control panel and resart your computer.
[Mac]
Reload Audio MIDI settings.
(1)Connect DDJ-SZ2 to your computer and turn it power on.
(2)Open [Applications] folder, [Utilities] folder and [Audio MIDI Setup.app].
(3)Open [Audio Device] window. Confirm that [Audio MIDI Setup] windows pops up. Click [Window] and choose [Show MIDI Window].
(4)[MIDI Studi] window opens up, click [PIONEER DDJ-SZ2] icon. The icon turns to blue color, click [Remove Device].
"PIONEER DDJ-SZ" icon dissapers and comes back again.

(5)Close [Audio MIDI Setup] and turn DDJ-SZ2 power off.
(6)Turn DDJ-SZ2 power on and run DJ J116Application.
2. The function of “forcefully using the unit as the general MIDI controller” might be activated in the utilities mode on your DDJ-SZ2.
Please launch the utilities mode after removing the USB cable to disconnect your computer from DDJ-SZ2.
Then, if the [KEY LOCK] button on the left deck is lit, please press the [KEY LOCK] button to turn the light off and deactivate the above function.
