When Serato DJ is launched after this unit (DDJ-SZ2) is connected to a computer (Windows) via USB and the unit power is turned on, the unit is recognized for a moment but connection is disconnected immediately.
There is a possibility that the driver software is not installed.
When a computer is used, the driver software must be installed. For the installation method, refer to "Installing the software" in the operating instructions.
