Unlock [Needle Lock] in the [DECK] tab on the [Preferences] > [CONTROLLER] screen of rekordbox.

If [Needle Lock] is locked, the playback position can be moved using the [NEEDLE SEARCH] pad when track playback is paused or while touching the jog.
