There is no problem with MIDI control or the audio output, but I can't scratch with the Control CD or Control Vinyl functions.

This unit is "TRAKTOR SCRATCH Certified". Those using versions of TRAKTOR SCRATCH PRO/DUO earlier than Ver. 1.2.7 can scratch with the Control CD or Control Vinyl functions by upgrading to TRAKTOR SCRATCH PRO 2/DUO 2 for a fee. For details, refer to the Native Instruments website.
