Effect sounds cannot be monitored even when the [BEAT EFFECTS] – [CUE] button is pressed.

The circuitry generating the [ECHO], [SPIRAL], [REVERB], [MELODIC], [ROLL], [SLIP ROLL] and [REV ROLL] echoes is positioned after the effect circuitry, so the effect sounds cannot be monitored.

These are designed as post effects to ensure natural reverberations when the sound is cut with the channel fader.

This is not a malfunction.
