When a track analyzed with rekordbox is played on the CDJ, the quantize function does not turn on.

1. At the CDJ's UTILITY menu, set QUANTIZE to "ON".

2. At the rekordbox [Information] pane, set the "Enable Quantize on CDJ" item to "ON".
