What is the order in which music files recorded on USB storage devices are played (including cases in which there is a folder structure and files of different formats)?

The files are not played in the order in which they were recorded on the USB storage device. Playback starts when a track is selected by the user when browsing. Once playback of that track has ended, the other files in that category are played in order through to the last track.
