When I connect Scratch Live to the CDJ-900, some of the buttons do not work properly or some of the displays are wrong.

Check [HID SETTING] in [UTILITY MENU] on the CDJ-900.

To control Scratch Live, set [HID SETTING] to [ADVANCED].
