What is the Scratch Live control CD for?

The CD that comes with the Rane SL3 or SL1 interface for Scratch Live is for use with previous CDJ models that cannot control Scratch Live via USB.

Scratch Live can be controlled by putting the control CD into the CDJ player and connecting the LINE OUT from the CDJ player to an SL3 or SL1 interface.
