I have adjusted LOOP END to the short side and am using this as an effect, but the sound is different from the CDJ-1000MK3.

Sound is produced in units of 1 frame on the CDJ-1000MK3 but in units of 0.5 frames on the CDJ-2000, so the sound is different.
